Yes, you can assigned a dedicated IP to your domain or by default every domain you add to your account has an instant domain alias IP by default.
The "Instant Domain Alias IP" is a web address giving you access to view your website
when you don't have a real domain name or when your real domain name is temporarily unavailable or still resolving -

This is included in the welcome email when your initially signup -

If you lost the info or add another domain to your account and wish to preview the website before changing the DNS over -

Login to Control Panel, - you can obtain this info several ways

Click on the domain your working on
or
Click on Web Options, select the domain your working on by clicking 'edit"
Scroll down to the bottom of the page looking for "Instant access domain alias"

It will look something like  d118128.u23.floridaserver.com
